- It repeats a pattern: a messenger calls to fear Allah + obey; people mock; warning comes; truth is vindicated.
- The repeated line “Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful” ties power (justice) and mercy (opportunity to repent).
- The ending distinguishes revelation from demonic whispering and distinguishes truthful speech from irresponsible poetic influence.
1.Ta. Sin. Mim.
2.These are the verses of the manifest Book.
3.Perhaps you would destroy yourself with grief that they do not believe.
4.If We willed, We could send down to them a sign from heaven so their necks would remain bowed before it.
5.No new reminder comes to them from the Beneficent except they turn away.
6.They denied; soon will come to them the news of what they used to ridicule.
7.Have they not looked at the earth—how much We cause to grow in it of every noble kind?
8.In that is a sign; but most of them are not believers.
9.Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.
Verse 1 — “Ta. Sin. Mim.”
These are special Arabic letters at the start of some surahs.
Child meaning:
- It’s like a secret code or special opening that Allah knows best.
- People may not fully know what they mean, but they remind us:
- ✅ This Qur’an is not human talk
- ✅ It is from Allah
Verse 2 — “These are the verses of the manifest Book.”
Allah is saying:
“This Qur’an is a clear book.”
Child meaning:
- It’s like Allah says:
- “This book is a bright flashlight.
- It shows the truth clearly.”
- So the Qur’an is not meant to confuse people.
- It is meant to guide.

Verse 3 — “Perhaps you would destroy yourself with grief that they do not believe.”
Allah is speaking to the Prophet (Muhammad).
Allah is saying:
“You are so sad when people refuse to believe, it’s like you might harm yourself from sadness.”
Child meaning:
- It’s like a teacher who cares so much about students.
- When students refuse to learn, the teacher feels heartbroken.
- ✅ The Prophet cared deeply.
- He wanted people to be saved, not punished.

Verse 4 — “If We willed, We could send down to them a sign from heaven so their necks would remain bowed before it.”
Allah says:
“If I wanted, I could send a huge miracle from the sky that would force everyone to bow.”
Child meaning:
- Allah is saying:
- “I have power to force people.”
- Like:
- A giant sign in the sky that no one could deny.
- But Allah doesn’t want faith to be forced like a robot.
- ✅ Allah wants people to choose belief sincerely.

Verse 5 — “No new reminder comes to them from the Beneficent except they turn away.”
Allah says:
Whenever a new message/reminder comes, many people just ignore it.
Child meaning:
- It’s like someone getting good advice again and again:
- “Don’t do that, it will hurt you.”
- But they turn their head and say:
- “I don’t care.”
- ✅ The problem is not that the message is unclear.
- The problem is that they refuse to listen.

Verse 6 — “They denied; soon will come to them the news of what they used to ridicule.”
Allah says:
“They rejected the truth and laughed at it. Soon they will find out the truth for real.”
Child meaning:
- It’s like a kid laughing when warned:
- “Stop touching the hot stove.”
- They laugh…
- Then later they get burned and say:
- “Oh… it was real.”
- ✅ Allah warns them: mocking the truth will not help when reality comes.

Verse 7 — “Have they not looked at the earth—how much We cause to grow in it of every noble kind?”
Allah tells them:
“Look at the earth. Look at plants, trees, fruits, flowers—so many good things grow.”
Child meaning:
- Allah is saying:
- “Open your eyes. Look around.”
- The world is full of signs that:
- ✅ Someone powerful made this
- ✅ Someone planned this
- ✅ Someone provides food and life

Verse 8 — “In that is a sign; but most of them are not believers.”
Allah says:
“These things are proofs… but many still refuse to believe.”
Child meaning:
- Even with all these clues around them, many people still choose:
- “I don’t want to believe.”
- So it’s not because there are no signs.
- It’s because of their heart choice.

Verse 9 — “Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
Allah ends this section by reminding:
- ✅ Allah is All-Mighty (no one can stop Him)
- ✅ Allah is Merciful (He still gives chances)
Child meaning:
- Allah is strong enough to punish anyone instantly.
- But Allah is also kind and patient.
- He keeps giving people time to return.

The Big Lesson (Child Summary)
- The Qur’an is clear truth
- The Prophet cared so much it made him very sad
- Allah can force belief, but He lets people choose
- Many people ignore reminders and mock them
- Allah says: “Look at the earth—plants and life are signs”
- Allah is Powerful but also Merciful

10–11) Allah gives Musa a mission
10.
“Your Lord called Moses: Go to the wrongdoing people.”

- Simple meaning:
Allah told Musa: “Go to a people who are doing very bad things.” - Child meaning:
It’s like a teacher saying: “Go stop the school bully who is hurting everyone.” - ✅ Wrongdoing people = people who are unfair, cruel, and disobedient to Allah.
11.
“The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear?”

- Simple meaning:
Allah is talking about Pharaoh’s people, and asks: “Don’t they fear Allah at all?” - Child meaning:
It’s like saying: “They are doing wrong every day… don’t they feel scared of consequences?” - ✅ Fear here doesn’t mean “panic.”
It means: respect Allah, stop ظلم (oppression), and do what is right.
12–14) Musa explains his worries (very human feelings)
12.
Musa said: “I fear they will deny me.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa says: “I’m scared they will say I’m lying.” - Child meaning:
It’s like when you tell the truth at school but people go: “Nope, you’re making it up.” - ✅ Musa is not doubting Allah.
He is just being honest about the difficulty.
13.
“My breast tightens and my tongue is not fluent—send for Aaron.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa says: “I get nervous and my speech is not smooth. So let my brother Harun (Aaron) help me.” - Child meaning:
It’s like saying: “I get scared when I talk to powerful people. Please send my brother who speaks better so we can do it together.” - ✅ This teaches a big lesson:
Even prophets ask for help.
Being nervous doesn’t mean you are weak.
14.
“They have a charge against me; I fear they will kill me.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa says: “They already blame me for something from the past, so I’m scared they will try to hurt me.” - Child meaning:
It’s like saying: “They already hate me, and they are looking for an excuse to get rid of me.” - ✅ Musa is being careful because Pharaoh is a dangerous tyrant.
15)
Allah comforts Musa

15. Allah said: “No. Go both with Our signs. We are with you, listening.”
- Simple meaning:
Allah says: “Don’t worry. You and Harun go. I will support you, and I am hearing everything.” - Child meaning:
It’s like Allah saying: “I’m right there with you. You are not alone. I am watching and protecting you.” - ✅ “Our signs” means:
Allah will give proof and miracles to show Musa is truthful.
16–17) The message to Pharaoh
16.
“Go to Pharaoh: We are messengers of the Lord of the worlds,”

- Simple meaning:
Musa and Harun must say: “We are messengers from Allah—the Lord of everything.” - Child meaning:
Not: “We come from Musa’s opinion.”
Not: “We come from people.”
But: ✅ “We come with Allah’s authority.”
17.
“Send with us the Children of Israel.”

- Simple meaning:
“Let the Children of Israel go free.” - Child meaning:
“Stop keeping them as slaves. Stop controlling them. Let them leave safely.” - ✅ This shows Islam is against ظلم and slavery oppression.
18–22) Pharaoh tries to attack Musa personally
Pharaoh cannot beat the truth, so he attacks Musa’s past.
18.
Pharaoh said: “Did we not raise you among us as a child…?”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh says: “Weren’t you raised here in my palace?” - Child meaning:
Pharaoh is trying to say: “You owe me. You should be loyal to me.” - ✅ This is what bullies do:
They remind you of old favors to control you.
19.
“Then you did your deed—and you were of the ungrateful.”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh says: “You did something wrong before, and you didn’t appreciate us.” - Child meaning:
Pharaoh is saying: “You made a mistake, so you are bad forever.” - ✅ This is unfair logic.
A mistake doesn’t erase truth.
20.
Musa said: “I did it when I was of those astray.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa replies honestly: “Yes, I made that mistake when I didn’t know better.” - Child meaning:
Musa doesn’t lie. He doesn’t pretend perfection. He admits it openly. - ✅ This teaches:
A truthful person admits mistakes.
21.
“I fled when I feared you; my Lord granted me judgment and made me a messenger.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa says: “I ran away because I was scared of you. Then Allah gave me wisdom and made me a messenger.” - Child meaning:
“I escaped your ظلم. Then Allah guided me and chose me.” - ✅ Pharaoh didn’t make Musa a prophet.
Allah did.
22.
“And this ‘favor’ you remind me of—while you enslaved the Children of Israel?”

- Simple meaning:
Musa says: “You talk about raising me like it was kindness… but you were enslaving my people the whole time!” - Child meaning:
It’s like saying: “You gave me food, but you were abusing a whole group of people. That’s not real goodness.” - ✅ This is powerful truth:
You cannot be called “good” while oppressing others.
23–28) Pharaoh asks: “Who is Allah?” (but not honestly)
23.
Pharaoh: “What is the Lord of the worlds?”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh asks: “What do you mean ‘Lord of the worlds’?” - Child meaning:
He’s not asking because he wants to learn.
He’s asking to mock and challenge.
24.
Musa: “Lord of the heavens and earth and what is between—if you were convinced.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa answers: “Allah is the Lord of the sky, the earth, and everything.” - Child meaning:
Allah owns:- the sun
- the moon
- the oceans
- the air
- people
- animals
- time
- Everything
- ✅ Musa adds: “if you were convinced” meaning:
“If you actually want truth, this is the clear answer.”
25.
Pharaoh to his people: “Do you not hear?”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh tries to make the crowd laugh: “Are you hearing this guy?” - Child meaning:
It’s like a bully saying to the class: “Listen to him! He thinks he’s smart!” - ✅ Pharaoh uses mockery because truth scares him.
26.
Musa: “Your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers.”

- Simple meaning:
Allah is not only my Lord. He is also your Lord and your ancestors’ Lord. - Child meaning:
No one escapes Allah—not even old kings and old generations.
27.

When a person cannot defeat the message, they attack the messenger. - ✅ Common trick of liars:
They label good people as “crazy.”
28.
Musa: “Lord of east and west and what is between—if you would understand.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa explains again: Allah controls the east and west (every direction), and everything inside it. - Child meaning:
If you see:- sunrise from the east
- sunset in the west
- ✅ Musa is teaching them to think logically.
29–33) Pharaoh threatens, Musa brings proof
29.
Pharaoh: “If you take a god other than me, I will imprison you.”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh says: “If you worship anyone besides me, I will punish you.” - Child meaning:
Pharaoh is saying: “I’m the boss. I’m your god. Obey me or else.” - ✅ This is the biggest lie of Pharaoh:
He tried to act like he is above Allah.
30.
Musa: “Even if I bring something manifest?”

- Simple meaning:
Musa says: “Even if I bring you clear proof that I’m truthful?” - Child meaning:
“Even if I show you something undeniable?” - ✅ Musa is calm. He is confident because Allah is with him.
31.
Pharaoh: “Bring it, if you are truthful.”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh says: “Okay. Show me.” - Child meaning:
He thinks he will win. He thinks Musa cannot prove anything.
32.

- Simple meaning:
Musa throws his stick, and Allah makes it turn into a real moving snake. - Child meaning:
It wasn’t a trick. It wasn’t normal. It was a miracle from Allah. - ✅ Manifest means: clear and obvious proof.
33.
He drew out his hand—behold, white to the beholders.

- Simple meaning:
Musa shows his hand and it becomes bright/white for people to see. - Child meaning:
Another miracle: something impossible for humans normally. - ✅ These miracles were signs:
“This message is from Allah.”
34–37) Pharaoh panics and calls it “magic”
34.
Pharaoh: “This is a skilled sorcerer.”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh says: “He’s just a magician.” - Child meaning:
Pharaoh refuses to admit it’s from Allah. - ✅ A proud person will deny truth even when it’s clear.
35.
“He wants to drive you out by sorcery—what do you advise?”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh tells his leaders: “He wants to remove us from power. What should we do?” - Child meaning:
Pharaoh is scared of losing control, not scared of lying. - ✅ Tyrants love power more than truth.
36–37. They said: Delay him and his brother; send gatherers… bring every skilled sorcerer.
- Simple meaning:
They decide: “Wait. Call all the best magicians from every city.” - Child meaning:
They want a big contest to embarrass Musa. - ✅ Pharaoh is trying to win using numbers and showing off.

38–42) The big public event (the crowd watches)
38.
Sorcerers assembled at appointed time.

- Simple meaning:
All the magicians arrive at the planned time.
39–40. People were told: Will you gather? So we may follow sorcerers if they dominate.
- Simple meaning:
The people are told to come watch. They think: “If the magicians win, we will support them.” - Child meaning:
Many people follow “who looks strongest,” not who is right. - ✅ This is a warning:
Popularity is not proof of truth.

41–42. Sorcerers asked Pharaoh: Will we have reward? He said: Yes—and you will be near to me.
- Simple meaning:
The magicians say: “If we win, do we get money and status?”
Pharaoh says: “Yes. You’ll be close to me.” - Child meaning:
They are doing it for prizes, not for truth. - ✅ Pharaoh buys loyalty with rewards.

43–45) Musa vs. the magicians (truth wins)
43.
Musa said: “Throw what you will throw.”

- Simple meaning:
Musa lets them go first. - Child meaning:
He is calm and not scared. - ✅ Truth doesn’t rush in panic.
44.
They threw ropes and staffs: “By Pharaoh’s might, we will dominate.”

- Simple meaning:
They perform their magic and swear by Pharaoh. - Child meaning:
They treat Pharaoh like a god, saying: “Pharaoh’s power will make us win!” - ✅ They are already in a wrong belief system.
45.
Musa threw his staff; it swallowed what they falsified.

- Simple meaning:
Musa throws his staff and Allah’s miracle defeats their fake tricks completely. - Child meaning:
It’s like real power eating up fake power. - ✅ Big lesson: Truth destroys lies.
46–51) The magicians become believers (brave moment)
46.
Sorcerers fell in prostration.

- Simple meaning:
They immediately bow down to Allah. - Child meaning:
They knew the difference: Magic is tricks. This was real. - ✅ They were experts, so they recognized truth instantly.
47–48. “We believe in the Lord of the worlds—the Lord of Moses and Aaron.”
- Simple meaning:
They declare faith in Allah openly. - Child meaning:
They are not scared of the crowd anymore. They choose truth. - ✅ This is huge courage.

49.
Pharaoh: “You believed before I permitted!... I will punish you severely.”

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh becomes furious: “How dare you believe without my permission!”
And he threatens extreme punishment. - Child meaning:
Pharaoh wants to control what people believe. - ✅ This shows Pharaoh’s real sickness:
He wants to be worshipped. - (Non-graphic reminder: Allah is showing Pharaoh’s cruelty and intimidation.)
50.
They said: “No harm. To our Lord we return.”

- Simple meaning:
They say: “Do whatever you want. We will return to Allah.” - Child meaning:
“You can hurt our bodies, but you cannot beat our faith.” - ✅ This is one of the strongest statements in the story.
51.
“We hope our Lord forgives our sins, as we are first believers.”

- Simple meaning:
They say: “We hope Allah forgives our past, because we believed quickly when truth came.” - Child meaning:
They are humble: “We were wrong before. Now we want Allah’s mercy.” - ✅ Lesson:
The best people are those who accept truth when they see it.

Pharaoh is acting tough so his people don’t think he’s scared. - ✅ A bully always tries to look confident.

57–59. We drove them out of gardens… treasures… and caused Children of Israel to inherit them.
- Simple meaning:
Allah removed Pharaoh’s people from their luxury and power, and gave it to the oppressed people later. - Child meaning:
The bully had everything. Then Allah took it away. And the oppressed people were honored. - ✅ Lesson:
Allah can flip the whole situation.
The weak can become safe, and the arrogant can collapse.

60.
They pursued at sunrise.

- Simple meaning:
Pharaoh chased them early in the morning. - Child meaning:
He could not accept losing control.

When everything looks impossible, Allah can still make a way.
63.
“Strike the sea with your staff.” It parted…

- Simple meaning:
Allah tells Musa to strike the sea, and it splits into two huge walls, making a path. - Child meaning:

67.
In that is a sign; most are not believers.

- Simple meaning:
This story is a huge sign from Allah, but many people still refuse to believe. - Child meaning:

Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.

- Simple meaning:
Allah is:- All-Mighty (no one can defeat Him)
- Most Merciful (He helps, forgives, guides)
- Child meaning:
Allah is stronger than every tyrant.
And kinder than anyone you can imagine.
The Big Lessons (child-friendly)
- ✅ Truth does not need bullying:
Pharaoh had power, but Musa had truth. - ✅ Allah supports the oppressed:
The slaves were freed, and the tyrant fell. - ✅ It’s okay to feel scared, but trust Allah:
Musa was nervous—yet Allah helped him. - ✅ Experts recognized truth immediately:

They said: “To our Lord we return.” - ✅ Allah can open a road where there is none:
Even the sea became a path.

101.and no close friend.”
102.“If only we had a return, we would be believers.”
103.In that is a sign; most are not believers.
104.Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.
✅ 69)
“Recite to them the story of Abraham.”

Simple meaning:
Allah tells the Prophet: “Tell people the story of Ibrahim.”
Child meaning:
It’s like Allah saying:
“Teach them this story because it has a big lesson.”
- ✅ Why this story matters: It teaches people how to think, not just follow the crowd.
✅ 70–74) Ibrahim asks his people: “What are you worshipping?”
✅ 70)
“When he said to his father and people: What do you worship?”

Simple meaning:
Ibrahim asks his dad and his community:
“What are you worshipping?”
Child meaning:
He’s basically asking:
“What do you love and obey like a god?”
✅ 71)
“They said: We worship idols; we remain devoted.”

Simple meaning:
They say:
“We worship statues (idols), and we keep doing it.”
Child meaning:
They are proud and loyal to idols like it’s their team.
- ✅ “Devoted” means: They stick to it strongly, no matter what.
✅ 72)
“He said: Do they hear you when you call?”

Simple meaning:
Ibrahim asks:
“Can these idols hear you when you speak?”
Child meaning:
Like asking:
“If you cry for help… can the statue hear you?”
✅ 73)
“Or benefit you or harm you?”

Simple meaning:
“Can they help you? Can they protect you? Can they even harm you?”
Child meaning:
Like asking:
“If you are in trouble… can your idol save you?
If someone attacks you… can the idol stop them?”
- ✅ Ibrahim is teaching a rule: A real god must have real power.
✅ 74)
“They said: We found our forefathers doing so.”

Simple meaning:
They reply:
“We do it because our ancestors did it.”
Child meaning:
This is like saying:
“My parents did it. My grandparents did it. So it must be right.”
- ✅ Ibrahim is exposing a big mistake: Following tradition without proof.
✅ 75–77) Ibrahim says idols are not safe to follow

✅ 75–76) “Do you see what you have been worshipping—you and your ancient forefathers?”
Simple meaning:
Ibrahim says:
“Look at what you worship… you and your older generations.”
Child meaning:
He’s saying:
“Stop for a second and THINK.”
✅ 77)
“They are an enemy to me—except the Lord of the worlds.”

Simple meaning:
Ibrahim says:
“These idols are my enemy. Only Allah is my true Lord.”
Child meaning:
Idols are like a trap.
- ✅ Why “enemy”? Because idol worship:
- pulls people away from Allah
- makes people blind and stubborn

Qur’an-Only Explanation (26:123–140)
- 26:123 — “ʿAad denied the messengers.”
“ʿAad denied the messengers.”
- The people of ʿAad rejected Allah’s message.
- Even though one prophet (Hūd) came to them, denying him is like denying all messengers, because they all taught the same core truth:
- Worship Allah alone and stop ظلم (oppression).
It’s like Allah sent them a warning to stop doing wrong…
but they said: “No. We don’t care.”

- 26:124 — “When their brother Hūd said: Will you not fear?”
“When their brother Hūd said: Will you not fear?”
- Hūd warns them: “Don’t you fear Allah?”
- “Fear” here does not mean panic—it means:
- ✅ Respect Allah
✅ Stop being proud
✅ Stop being cruel
✅ Obey what is right
Child meaning: “Don’t you worry what will happen if you keep doing wrong?”

- 26:125 — “I am a trustworthy messenger to you.”
“I am a trustworthy messenger to you.”
- Hūd tells them he is honest and not lying.
- He is saying: this message is from Allah, not his personal opinion.
“I’m not trying to trick you. I’m warning you because I care.”

- 26:126 — “So fear Allah and obey me.”
“So fear Allah and obey me.”
- This means: Respect Allah and follow the truth.
- “Obey me” does not mean worship Hūd.
- It means: obey Allah’s message that Hūd is delivering.
Child meaning: “Stop doing wrong. Change your life. Follow the truth.”

- 26:127 — “I ask no payment; my payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.”
“I ask no payment; my payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.”
- Hūd says: “I am not asking you for money.”
- This proves he is sincere and not preaching for profit.
- If he wanted wealth, he could say: “Pay me and I’ll teach you.”
- But he did not—because the reward is with Allah.
Child meaning: “I’m not doing this job to get rich.”

- 26:128 — “Do you build on every high place a sign for vain delight?”
“Do you build on every high place a sign for vain delight?”
- They built huge structures on high places just to show off.
- “Vain delight” means: doing things only for pride, not real need.
Child meaning: Like building a massive tower just to say: “Look at us! We’re the best!”

- 26:129 — “And take strongholds as if you will live forever?”
“And take strongholds as if you will live forever?”
- They built powerful castles and fortresses as if they would never die.
- They acted like: “We are invincible.”
- But Allah reminds them: you are not permanent—you will die.
“Nothing can happen to us!”
But Allah is reminding: you’re not a god—you’re a human.

- 26:130 — “When you seize, you seize as tyrants.”
“When you seize, you seize as tyrants.”
- When they grabbed power, they acted like brutal rulers.
- They did not punish fairly—they punished like bullies:
- ✅ Hurting the weak
✅ Taking what they want
✅ Using fear to control others - This is tyranny: power with ظلم.

- 26:131 — “So fear Allah and obey me.”
“So fear Allah and obey me.”
- Hūd repeats the warning again because the situation is serious.
- Repeating is like a parent saying: “Stop now. Stop now.”

- 26:132 — “Fear Him who provided you what you know,”
“Fear Him who provided you what you know,”
- Meaning: be humble and thankful, because Allah is the One who gave you everything you enjoy.
Child meaning: “Be thankful—everything you have came from Allah.”

- 26:133 — “Provided you with cattle and sons,”
“Provided you with cattle and sons,”
- Allah gave them wealth and strength through:
- ✅ Cattle (food + money)
✅ Sons/children (family + support) - Those are huge blessings, not something to become arrogant about.

- 26:134 — “And gardens and springs.”
“And gardens and springs.”
- Allah gave them a rich life with:
- ✅ Green gardens
✅ Springs and fresh water
✅ Food growing easily - So they had comfort—but comfort should lead to gratitude, not ظلم.

- 26:135 — “I fear for you punishment of a great Day.”
“I fear for you punishment of a great Day.”
- Hūd says he is scared for them, because judgment is real.
- This shows he is a caring warner, not an enemy.
“I don’t want you to be ruined forever because of your pride.”

- 26:136 — “Same to us whether you advise or not.”
“Same to us whether you advise or not.”
- They respond with total arrogance: “We don’t care.”
- This is the worst attitude—refusing to learn at all.
Child meaning: “Talk all you want. I’m not listening.”

- 26:137 — “This is only a fable of the ancients.”
“This is only a fable of the ancients.”
- They mock and say: “These are just old stories.”
- This is how people avoid truth—they call it “fairy tales” so they don’t have to change.

- 26:138 — “We will not be punished.”
“We will not be punished.”
- They believed their power made them untouchable.
- This is the danger of pride: thinking you are safe when you are not.
Child meaning: “Nothing will happen to us.”

- 26:139 — “So they denied him; We destroyed them…”
“So they denied him; We destroyed them. In that is a sign; most are not believers.”
- They rejected Hūd completely, so Allah ended their ظلم and destroyed them.
- This is a clear sign, but many people still refuse to learn.
- Lesson: even the strongest nation can collapse when it becomes cruel and arrogant.

- 26:140 — “Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
“Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
- All-Mighty: no one can defeat Allah.
- Merciful: Allah gives time, warnings, and chances before justice comes.
Allah is stronger than any bully nation.
And Allah is kind because He warns people before punishment.

✅ 1) Being strong doesn’t mean you’re safe — even the biggest nation can fall.
✅ 2) Showing off buildings doesn’t make you great — pride can destroy you.
✅ 3) Tyrants always hurt people when they have power — Allah does not ignore ظلم forever.
✅ 4) Blessings should make you thankful, not arrogant — wealth, kids, gardens are all from Allah.
✅ 5) Saying “we don’t care” is a dangerous attitude — it blocks guidance completely.
✅ 6) Allah is Mighty and Merciful — He warns first… then justice comes.

146.“Will you be left secure in what is here—”
147.“in gardens and springs,”
148.“tilled fields and date palms with fruit,”
149.“and you carve houses from mountains skillfully?”
150.“So fear Allah and obey me.”
151.“Do not obey the command of the extravagant,”
152.“who spread corruption and do not reform.”
153.They said: “You are only bewitched.”
154.“You are only a human; bring a sign if truthful.”
155.He said: “This is a she-camel: a day for her drink, a day for you—known.”
156.“Do not harm her, lest punishment seize you.”
157.They hamstrung her, then became regretful.

“So fear Allah and obey me.”
Simple meaning:
Ṣāliḥ repeats the warning again.

They say: “You’re just a human. Prove it with a miracle.”
Child meaning:
“Show us something amazing, or we won’t believe.”
- ✅ But the problem was not lack of proof.
- The problem was their pride.

🐪 The Miracle: Allah’s She-Camel
- 26:155 — “This is a she-camel: a day for her drink, a day for you.”
“This is a she-camel: a day for her drink, a day for you—known.”
Simple meaning:
Ṣāliḥ says: Here is the miracle camel from Allah.
She has a special rule:
- One day she drinks water
- One day you drink water
Child meaning:
It’s like Allah gave a clear test: “Share. Be fair. Don’t harm her.”
- ✅ The rule is simple.
- ✅ The sign is clear.
- ✅ They only needed to obey.

- 26:156 — “Do not harm her, lest punishment seize you.”
“Do not harm her, lest punishment seize you.”
Simple meaning:
Don’t hurt the camel or punishment will come.
Child meaning:
It’s like Allah saying: “Don’t touch this camel.
If you hurt her, you are choosing trouble.”
- ✅ This was a serious warning.

- 26:157 — “They hamstrung her, then became regretful.”
“They hamstrung her, then became regretful.”
Simple meaning:
They attacked and killed the camel… then they regretted it.
Child meaning:
They broke Allah’s rule on purpose.
Then afterward they were like: “Uh oh… we messed up.”
- ✅ But regret after rebellion doesn’t erase the crime by itself.
- They had already crossed the line.

- 26:158 — “Then punishment seized them…”
“Then punishment seized them. In that is a sign; most are not believers.”
Simple meaning:
Allah punished them. This is a sign, but most people still don’t believe.
Child meaning:
Allah showed: “I don’t ignore ظلم forever.”
- ✅ The lesson is clear:
- When people become arrogant, cruel, and reject warnings…
- their power ends.

- 26:159 — “Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
“Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
Simple meaning:
Allah is:
- All-Mighty = no one can defeat Him
- Merciful = He gives chances and warnings first
Child meaning:
Allah is stronger than every nation.
But Allah is also kind—He warns people before punishment comes.

- ⭐ Big Lessons (Super Child-Friendly)
- ✅ 1) Rejecting truth is dangerous
Pride can destroy a whole nation. - ✅ 2) Blessings should make you thankful
Gardens, water, farms… these are gifts from Allah. - ✅ 3) Strong houses don’t protect arrogant hearts
You can carve mountains, but you can’t escape Allah’s justice. - ✅ 4) Don’t follow corrupt leaders
Bad leaders spread ظلم and never fix anything. - ✅ 5) Allah gave them a simple test: share water
But they failed because they refused to obey. - ✅ 6) Allah is Mighty and Merciful
He warns first… then justice comes.

160.The people of Lot denied the messengers.
161.When their brother Lot said: “Will you not fear?”
162.“I am a trustworthy messenger to you.”
163.“So fear Allah and obey me.”
164.“I ask no payment; my payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.”
165.“Do you approach males among creatures”
166.“and leave what your Lord created for you of spouses? You are a transgressing people.”
167.They said: “If you do not desist, you will be expelled.”
168.He said: “I disapprove of your deeds.”
169.“My Lord, save me and my family from what they do.”
170.So We saved him and his family all together,
171.except an old woman among those who stayed behind.
172.Then We destroyed the others.
173.We rained upon them a rain—evil was the rain of those warned.
174.In that is a sign; most not believers.
175.Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.
🌿 The Story: The People of Lūṭ (Lot) (26:160–175)
- 26:160 — “The people of Lot denied the messengers.”
Simple meaning: The people living with Prophet Lūṭ rejected Allah’s message.
Child meaning:
- It’s like when a teacher tells the class: “Stop doing wrong. Be good.”
- But the class answers: “No. We don’t care.”
- Important point: Even though only Lūṭ came to them, rejecting him is like rejecting all messengers.
- Because all prophets brought the same main message: Worship Allah and stop ظلم (wrongdoing).
- 26:161 — “When their brother Lot said: ‘Will you not fear?’”
Simple meaning: Lūṭ tells them: “Don’t you fear Allah?”
Child meaning: He’s saying: “Don’t you worry what will happen if you keep doing bad things?”
- “Fear” here does NOT mean being scared like a monster.
- It means:
- ✅ Respect Allah
- ✅ Stop being proud
- ✅ Stop doing wrong
- ✅ Choose what is right

- 26:162 — “I am a trustworthy messenger to you.”
Simple meaning: Lūṭ says: “I am honest. I’m not lying.”
Child meaning: It’s like saying: “I’m not here to trick you. I’m telling you the truth.”
- Meaning: “This message is from Allah, not my own opinion.”

- 26:163 — “So fear Allah and obey me.”
Simple meaning: Respect Allah and follow the message.
Child meaning: “Stop doing wrong. Listen to the warning.”
- Important: “Obey me” does NOT mean worship Lūṭ.
- It means: obey Allah’s message that Lūṭ is delivering.

- 26:164 — “I ask no payment; my payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.”
Simple meaning: Lūṭ says: “I’m not asking you for money.”
Child meaning: “I’m not doing this to become rich.”
- This shows he is sincere.
- Because people who lie usually want:
- 💰 Money
- 👑 Power
- ⭐ Attention
- But Lūṭ says: “My reward is with Allah only.”

- 26:165–166 — “Do you approach males… and leave what your Lord created for you of spouses?”
Simple meaning: Allah explains they were doing something wrong and crossing the limits instead of the correct family way Allah created.
Child meaning (gentle):
- Allah created marriage between a man and a woman as the normal and correct path for building families.
- But Lūṭ’s people refused the right way and chose wrong actions.
- So Allah says: “You are going beyond limits.”
- Meaning: You are breaking Allah’s rules and crossing the line.
- 26:167 — “If you do not desist, you will be expelled.”
Simple meaning: They threatened Lūṭ: “If you don’t stop talking, we will kick you out.”
Child meaning: It’s like bullies saying: “Stop telling us we’re wrong, or we’ll get rid of you!”
- This shows they didn’t want truth.
- They wanted to stay in their wrong behavior.

- 26:168 — “I disapprove of your deeds.”
Simple meaning: Lūṭ says: “I strongly reject what you are doing.”
Child meaning: “I disagree with these actions.”
- He is NOT being rude for no reason.
- He is warning them because he cares about them and wants them to be saved.

- 26:169 — “My Lord, save me and my family from what they do.”
Simple meaning: Lūṭ makes a duʿā (prayer): “Save me and my family from this evil.”
Child meaning: “Allah, please protect us from this bad environment.”
- Lesson: When things become too dangerous and wrong, the believer turns to Allah for help.

- 26:170–171 — “So We saved him and his family… except an old woman who stayed behind.”
Simple meaning: Allah saved Lūṭ and his family, but one older woman stayed behind.
Child meaning:
- Allah protected the good people and took them away before punishment came.
- But one person did not follow the truth and stayed with the wrong people.
- Lesson: Even if you live near a prophet, you still must choose what is right yourself.

- 26:172–173 — “Then We destroyed the others… We rained upon them a rain.”
Simple meaning: Allah punished the people who refused to change.
Child meaning:
- Allah ended their wrongdoing completely.
- A strong punishment came down on them like a terrible rain.
- This was for people who were warned many times but still refused to stop.
- Lesson: Allah is patient, but ظلم does not last forever.

- 26:174 — “In that is a sign; most are not believers.”
Simple meaning: This story is a big lesson, but many people still don’t believe.
Child meaning: Even when Allah shows clear examples, some people still choose pride instead of truth.

- 26:175 — “Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
Simple meaning:
- All-Mighty: No one can defeat Allah.
- Merciful: Allah warns and gives chances before punishment.
Child meaning: Allah is stronger than every nation, but Allah is kind because He warns people first and gives time to change.

- ⭐ Big Lessons (Child-Friendly)
- ✅ Allah always sends warnings before punishment.
- ✅ Truth-tellers often get threatened by arrogant people.
- ✅ Family does not automatically make someone good — each person must choose truth.
- ✅ Allah protects believers, even in very bad environments.
- ✅ Allah does not ignore ظلم forever — justice will come.
- ✅ Allah is Mighty and Merciful — He warns first, then justice happens.

🌿 The Story: People of the Thicket & Prophet Shu‘ayb (176–191)
- 26:176 — The dwellers of the thicket denied the messengers
- Simple meaning: A group of people living in a place full of trees rejected Allah’s message.
- Child meaning: It’s like a teacher says: “Stop doing wrong!” but the class answers: “No. We don’t care.”
- ✅ Even though one prophet came (Shu‘ayb), rejecting him is like rejecting all prophets, because they all taught the same main rule:
- ➡️ Worship Allah and stop ظلم (wrongdoing).
- 26:177 — Shu‘ayb said: “Will you not fear?”
- Simple meaning: Shu‘ayb warns them: “Don’t you fear Allah?”
- Child meaning: “Don’t you worry what will happen if you keep doing wrong?”
- ✅ “Fear” does NOT mean being scared like a monster. It means:
- • respect Allah
- • stop being proud
- • stop doing wrong
- • do what is right

- 26:178 — “I am a trustworthy messenger to you.”
- Simple meaning: Shu‘ayb says: “I’m honest. I’m not lying.”
- Child meaning: “I’m not trying to trick you. I’m telling you the truth.”

- 26:179 — “So fear Allah and obey me.”
- Simple meaning: Respect Allah and listen to what I’m teaching.
- Child meaning: “Stop doing wrong. Listen to the warning.”
- ✅ “Obey me” does NOT mean worship Shu‘ayb. It means:
- ➡️ Obey Allah’s message that Shu‘ayb is delivering.

- 26:180 — “I ask no payment…”
- Simple meaning: Shu‘ayb says: “I’m not asking you for money.”
- Child meaning: “I’m not doing this job to get rich.”
- ✅ This proves he is sincere, because liars often want:
- • money
- • power
- • attention
- But Shu‘ayb says: ✅ “Allah will reward me, not you.”

- 26:181 — “Give full measure; do not cause loss.”
- Simple meaning: When you sell something, give the full amount.
- Child meaning: Imagine you buy 1 full bottle of juice, but the seller gives you only half and still charges full price.
- ✅ That is ظلم.
- Shu‘ayb is saying: “Don’t steal from people by giving less.”

- 26:182 — “Weigh with the true balance.”
- Simple meaning: Use correct scales. Be fair.
- Child meaning: If it says 1kg, it must really be 1kg.
- ✅ Not 800g pretending it’s 1kg.

- 26:183 — “Do not deprive people of their goods; do not spread corruption.”
- Simple meaning: Don’t cheat people and don’t ruin society.
- Child meaning: Cheating doesn’t only hurt one person. It spreads a bad habit in the whole town.
- Like this:
- • one shop cheats
- • then another shop cheats
- • then nobody trusts anyone
- • everyone starts fighting
- ✅ That’s how corruption spreads.

- 26:184 — “Fear Him who created you and former generations.”
- Simple meaning: Respect Allah who created you and the people before you.
- Child meaning: “Remember who made you. Allah gave you life, food, and everything.”
- ✅ So don’t act like you can do whatever you want with no rules.

- 26:185 — They said: “You are bewitched.”
- Simple meaning: They accuse Shu‘ayb of being affected by magic.
- Child meaning: It’s like saying: “You’re not thinking straight. Something is wrong with you.”
- ✅ Proud people do this:
- Instead of answering the truth… they attack the person.

- 26:186 — “You are only human; we think you lie.”
- Simple meaning: They say: “You’re just a normal man. We think you’re lying.”
- Child meaning: “Who are you to tell us what to do?”

- 26:187 — “Make a piece of the sky fall if truthful.”
- Simple meaning: They challenge him: “Bring a punishment right now if you’re real!”
- Child meaning: It’s like a bully saying: “Yeah? Prove it RIGHT NOW!”
- ✅ But they were not asking honestly.
- They were challenging out of pride.

- 26:188 — Shu‘ayb said: “My Lord knows best what you do.”
- Simple meaning: Shu‘ayb says: “Allah knows everything you are doing.”
- Child meaning: “Allah is watching. You can lie to people… but you can’t hide from Allah.”

- 26:189 — Punishment of the Day of the gloomy cloud seized them
- Simple meaning: They rejected Shu‘ayb, so a huge punishment came.
- Child meaning: A dark, scary cloud came over them… and then a terrible punishment happened.
- ✅ It was called a “gloomy cloud” because it looked dark and serious — like danger coming.
- ➡️ “Punishment of a great day” means: it was huge and final.

- 26:190 — “In that is a sign; most not believers.”
- Simple meaning: This story is a big warning… but many people still don’t learn.
- Child meaning: Even when people see clear examples, some still choose pride and رفض (refusal).

- 26:191 — “Your Lord is the All-Mighty, the Merciful.”
- Simple meaning: Allah is All-Mighty (no one can defeat Him) and Merciful (He warns and gives chances).
- Child meaning: Allah is stronger than every nation… but Allah is kind because He warns before punishment comes.
- ✅ 1) Cheating is ظلم — even “small cheating” is a big sin.
- ✅ 2) Be fair in buying and selling — give full amount. Don’t trick people.
- ✅ 3) Corruption spreads — if cheating becomes normal, trust dies and society breaks.
- ✅ 4) Truth-tellers get mocked — people who love wrong habits get angry when corrected.
- ✅ 5) Allah sees everything — even hidden cheating.
- ✅ 6) Allah gives chances first — but if people refuse forever… justice comes.

- Simple meaning: Even if a non-Arab recited it perfectly, some people would still reject it.
- Child meaning: Some people don’t reject because they lack proof.
- They reject because of stubborn pride.
- ✅ Like a kid who refuses to say sorry even when he knows he is wrong.

- ✅ 26:200–207 — Why some people don’t believe + punishment can come suddenly
